"This was the worst booking I ever had.. first of all, when we reached, the keypad was not working, then got hold of host and after attempting two different codes, it worked.. when we went in, the whole house was mess with pan masala, alcohol including toilet, all bedrooms, kitchen and fridge. We called the host, he said there is no cleaners available and said he can deduct cleaning fee. We told him there is no way my family can stay at the house with pan masala was spot on the sheet.
