"We had a lovely time at this place it is very cute inside and styled and decorated nicely! We did find that there were a lot of stains on all the upholstered furniture and on some curtains and walls as well. Also in the rules for the hot tub it was explained that no glass was to be around or in the hot tub (totally understandable) however there were no plastic cup options in the cupboards, we had brought some solo cups to enjoy beverages from but it would have been nice to not have to bring...

"We found this beautiful home trying to find a place close enough to take our family to see the Falls and I fell in love. It really is my dream home. The house is absolutely stunning. My kids loved the hot tub and my husband and I enjoyed the sauna and our walks on the beach. We all slept great and in fact I’m already trying to buy the mattress we slept on in the master! I can’t wait to go back! "

"Quaint, quiet area and had all we needed. Great communication with staff. The only downfall is that it isn’t central AC but a portable AC unit which didn’t reach the bedrooms. Fans were there tho. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will most like rebook again. "

"We had a great time staying in Michelle’s cottage. The cottage had everything we needed and was very clean. We really appreciated the beach passes. We loved the backyard and had a fire. "My wife and I stayed at the “Hoblet” and could not have been happier. Dawn, our host, was very responsive to all queries and made sure that our entire stay was stress free and enjoyable. The property was well maintained and very clean when we arrived. Check-in was hassle free and easy. We enjoyed interacting with and feeding the animals throughout the week that we were there. Would absolutely recommend this property over any boring hotel stay any day of the week. "

"I'm struggling a bit with this review because although the place was really nice, spacious, clean, well-located, and the communications with the owner were good, we felt a little misled. The VRBO description and photos showed a hot tub - and we looked forward to a soak. However, on arrival, there was no hot tub. When we quizzed the owner, all we got was "sorry for any inconvenience" - no offer of a discount or other dispensation. Strangely, the listing still shows a hot tub! Anyway, nice place,...

"We all had a wonderful holiday at Crystal Beach! Kathy was very helpful when we first arrived and the beach passes were really appreciated! There were 8 of us and we managed to fit in the 3 bedrooms comfortably with a couple of blow up mattresses. The outdoor deck was great.. quite large lots of chairs. The front porch was a good area for morning coffee and a gathering place during a rainy evening! Lots to do and see in the region! Thanks for a wonderful holiday!"
