Twice the check in time was made later on the day of arrival which we just rolled with but could be a little annoying for some guests. Admittedly the second time was the cleaner had a car accident. There were no instructions on accessing the property on stayz.com which involved waiting for text messages for this info and the car park advertised (and a particular reason for choosing this...
