"A group of us rented this property for a weekend of relaxing on the lake, playing board games, and catching up. The property worked well for us but there were a number of minor issues (closet door out of tracks, grill not working, an no sheets for one of the beds). I tried reaching out to the number provided for cleaning and linens but no one answered nor returned any of my calls so I ended up having to buy my own sheets for the weekend and adjust our grilling plans to cook inside. "What a gem Lake Anna is. We visited from PA and could not have been happier. The home was clean upon arrival and the kitchen had what we needed for the week. It was cozy and definitely shouted lake life. I loved the rooftop deck! We enjoyed the included kayaks. Grocery store was very close. We rented a boat, visited a winery, and enjoyed great food. "We booked this home to have family and friends celebrate our small and intimate wedding.(Be advised this is not a wedding venue). It worked perfectly for us. The home comfortably slept our 12 guests and was just as advertised, pictures and all. The kitchen was large and set up to provide for spacious entertaining. "The house was exceptionally clean. The keyless entry was eady to use. There was a bedroom on the first floor which was wonderful as I have difficulty with stairs. All in all a very pleasant stay."

"We were in Culpepper for a family wedding. The reception was at the nearby country club, so the location was great. The kitchen was fully stocked, hot tub & grill worked great, loved ping pong table & fun things to do in the house. Enough room for everyone to space out & relax together. No ice maker so had to buy a bag of ice, but that was an easy solution!!!"
