"The house was exceptionally clean. The keyless entry was eady to use. There was a bedroom on the first floor which was wonderful as I have difficulty with stairs. All in all a very pleasant stay."

"We had a great stay! We love being close to Potomac point winery and enjoyed the hot tub. We will have to go back when the pool is open!"

"We were in Culpepper for a family wedding. The reception was at the nearby country club, so the location was great. The kitchen was fully stocked, hot tub & grill worked great, loved ping pong table & fun things to do in the house. Enough room for everyone to space out & relax together. No ice maker so had to buy a bag of ice, but that was an easy solution!!!"

"My partner and I do not often have the opportunity to "get away" due to conflicting schedules, however we were lucky enough to book a short stay on this property and I couldn't have been happier with our choice. The house was clean and spacious and the owners provided tons of amenities like towels, sheets, and kitchen tools which meant I didn't have to pack anything other than my personal belongings. We even received a goodie basket with snacks and coffee pods.The owner was very prompt in...

"Great location and beautiful area. The towels smelled musty and the hall bathroom smelled. Needs a bit more towels and hand towels. The bar stools needed to be tightened and the chairs around the table. "
