"The house is beautiful and very clean. Everything you could think of is included. Tons of extra towels, pillows, blankets plus games and puzzles. The only think that could improve is the hot tub, the jet only work in one seat and all the headrest are broken. Overall a fantastic vacation and would return again "

"Our group was 12 girls and we had the best trip. This home is beautiful, clean, and big! There was a ton of space for us all and the view is amazing. The kitchen has most of the cooking supplies you would need and there are two grills outside with gas provided. There is a fun game room and two large sitting areas. "We enjoyed our stay for Thanksgiving. The kitchen was well stocked. We would return. Couple of small matters of critique: some electronics are outdated. There were satellite tv receivers, but no satellite tv (or at the very least, no instructions on how to use them). Many of the doors are "creaky" and some are hard to close and lock. "Wow! We all had an amazing time at Cozycove. Our expectations were met and even exceeded beyond what we had imagined. This place is beautiful and truly has that cozy vibe, with a great waterfront and a lovely sandy beach. The free kayak and canoe were a fantastic bonus. We had an awesome time enjoying the hot tub, and the home had plenty of space. Our kids absolutely loved the basement, all the games, and more. "We rented this house for a trip with three different families. With six adults and 4 kids, we had plenty of room and lots to keep everyone busy and happy. The house is well stocked with everything we could need and the owner was very communicative throughout our entire stay. The location was also great, right on the water but with lots of privacy. It would be really fun in the summertime. I highly recommend!"

"A group of us rented this property for a weekend of relaxing on the lake, playing board games, and catching up. The property worked well for us but there were a number of minor issues (closet door out of tracks, grill not working, an no sheets for one of the beds). I tried reaching out to the number provided for cleaning and linens but no one answered nor returned any of my calls so I ended up having to buy my own sheets for the weekend and adjust our grilling plans to cook inside. "Such a nice spot! The inside was perfectly fine, but the outdoor space is truly the highlight. The owners have thoughtfully provided everything you need for water adventures—kayaks, paddle boards, a pedal boat, plus life jackets for all ages. "Loved the 3 bedroom/3 bath layout. It allowed for such individual privacy at the same time, the common area to be together. Also liked that it was a smaller hotel. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit Lake Anna."
