"Our February weekend trip at this warm, cozy and inviting home was perfect! The house was even better than the pictures and had everything we needed. The host, Karen, was very kind and prompt in responding to any questions we had. The house was even supplied with a snack basket, bottled water, coffee, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and even a bottle of wine upon our arrival. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area!"

"We loved our stay at this historic farmhouse in Culpeper. The location was perfect, halfway between Leesburg and Charlottesville and near central Virginia destinations. The listing and photos are accurate. Beds are very comfortable. First floor bedroom worked well for our family. Kitchen very well stocked, we even did some Christmas baking. Convenient to grocery stores and restaurants and parks. Yard was great for our dog. Recommended for family and friend groups who appreciate historic homes....
