"Our family stayed here for a graduation trip. It exceeded our expectations. There was plenty of room for everyone and the property was clean, tastefully decorated, and had all cooking amenities we needed. The washer and dryer were also very helpful for our group. Not familiar with the area, we weren’t sure what to expect. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Close proximity to everything we needed. Thank you! "

"The house was exceptionally clean. The keyless entry was eady to use. There was a bedroom on the first floor which was wonderful as I have difficulty with stairs. All in all a very pleasant stay."

"Just an unbelievable spot, could not have been more perfect! "

"We were in Culpepper for a family wedding. The reception was at the nearby country club, so the location was great. The kitchen was fully stocked, hot tub & grill worked great, loved ping pong table & fun things to do in the house. Enough room for everyone to space out & relax together. No ice maker so had to buy a bag of ice, but that was an easy solution!!!"

"Property was a little dated but well kept in a great location and neighborhood. Convenient to Quantico, Spotsylvania and Fredricksburg. Management was responsive to messages. Enjoyed the Kayaks and would definitely recommend this property and rent again. "

"This place was very spacious and a home feel. We were only there for a short period because we all came in for a funeral. It was very clean and very comfortable. The owner of the home is very honorable. I am not going to get into all the details, but I just want to say it is still some very decent honest people out there. Thanks Karol for making our stay very pleasant. "

"Everything was as advertised. Very clean and spacious. Everything was great except the ice machine and water on refrigerator didn't work. Other than that it was excellent. "
