"My first stay here and was very pleased overall, the only downside I used the toilet facilities by the restaurant just before I left and found them not too the standard you would expect from an hotel, the inside of the chamber was clean but the back of the toilet seat wasn’t and it didn’t look as if it had been cleaned for some time."

"Me and my partner stayed here after hiking Snowdon. The rooms are just perfect! So clean and very nice. Nice bar/restaurant area although it is quite expensive and the staff in the restaurant were a little slow. Good was great though. Everyone was friendly. We also used the spa which was so worth it. Definitely will be back, so happy with our stay."
