"We love our stay at the hotel within the French border (travel with friends and family). t is few minutes walk to the tram stop that enable us to discover different parts of Switzerland. We love that there's a kitchen that we can cook food (with cutleries,plates,pots and pan) to help us save money (prices of food and everything are so high). The room is large for the party of 4. "This hotel is centrally located and check-in was easy. The staff is very courteous and we enjoyed drinks at the bar one night. Accommodations met all of our expectations. "

"The only negative was that other guest’s dog lefy 2 piles of geces in the corridet. Someone tried to remove it but left 2 significant feces smears on the carpet. We immediately notified front desk receptionist. Then next morning we told the housekeeper who was aware. The smears remained for our entire visit until our last morning when we submitted complaints to reception director again, it was finally cleaned at the time of our departure. "Stayed in a superior room with balcony. The room is clean nice but a bit small. It is far from city center. If you have car than its ok. Parking is free but not many hotel parking space so you park on the street, we didnt have problem with parking but im not sure if the hotel is full it will be easy to find. Breakfast is great. Staff are friendly. View from Balcony is great. Its a nice hotel and i recommend it as a place to stay and trip arround."
