"Amazing service; the staff is so friendly and helpful. The rooms are new and have a lot of cabinets. Ac is great and working fine, The location is good; everything is 5$ uber and 10-15 minutes away. I loved it; it's one of the best hotels I've stayed in for that price range."

"It's a beautiful hotel, with a laid back feel and design. The gardens are carefully designed, planted and maintained. There's a lilypond with frogs! The staff are unerringly charming and helpful. The cocktails are top quality. It doesn't feel like an anonymous big chain hotel. Food - excellent. Only downsides...indoor pool is beautiful but jacuzzi and changing area need an upgrade. Some of the entertainment was local and impressive...the English duo were....more Butlins for me. But some guests...

"Managed to do early check around 10am with no extra charge, Lovely reception staff, very helpful Good breakfast buffet variety to choose from, again the restaurant staff were brilliant. The hotel is clean all round smells nice, Room was replenished daily. Very spacious and loads of space to sit and relax Location by the marina, so many restaurants to choose from. Boat cruises. Used the spa facilities. Would recommend and will definately be back. "
