"The front desk talked too fast then hung up multiple times when I was trying to find out where to meet the shuttle. The couldn’t take the time to explain where to meet them for a tired and unfamiliar traveler. They pick up at the departure level and not where most shuttles pick up. After that everything was fine but it made arriving very stressful."
