"This villa was a perfectly, quaint place for my friends and I to stay before our return flight home. It was welcoming, comfortable, and cozy. It was easy communicating with the owner for clear directions, although our driver did not follow them and got lost dropping us off and picking us up. Overall, it was peaceful. We got much needed rest before long travel back to the US. I am hoping to visit again soon. I would indeed recommend to friends or family."

"The apartment was as described. Clean and peaceful. The complex was quiet and conveniently located if you drive. Security was pleasant and professional."

"The seller listed it in higuey, which ended up being in Punta Cana an hour and a half away. The house condo cannot be found not by maps or Google driving directions it is situated in the woods away from civilization we’re all the action is. This is not an ideal vacation home to take your family to in fact it’s scary you will feel like you are staying in the projects. We stayed one night out of four nights of which we paid for. Beautiful and relaxing shared spool in our backyard

"We could not be happier with our accommodations! The home is stunning, with large comfortable rooms, has every amenity necessary, and is very clean. The is a large common pool to use that we thoroughly enjoyed. The owners were very helpful and communicated with us quickly whenever we had questions. We will happily recommend this booking to friends!"

Walking along the big pool you arrive at the Caribbean beach in 1 min.

"We travelled as two couples and found this unit very suitable for our needs. The beach was steps away and the beach bar was great. The Unit itself was a bit worn but the balcony overlooking the pool and the beach kept us outside most of the time. It was good value for the cost. We'd stay there again."

"All as described! Very clean, beautifully decorated. Cold AC in the bedrooms. Marc, the concierge was incredibly pleasant and helpful and the meals (optional) delicious. We spent most of the time in the pool, in the shade of the palm trees. Paradise! In June the entire resort area was very calm, we felt like we had the whole place to ourselves."

"No one spoke English. Not actually in Cap Cana resort. Couldn't find apartment. Bugs in kitchen. Shower would not completely drain. Looked like blood stains on bathroom wall.. Left in less than a day."

"The property owner Mike is amazing very accommodating. We used his condo as a getting ready for my daughter’s wedding day and it is very spacious. The view is fenomenal!!!"
