The staff was very welcoming, and the hotel is in a very accessible part of Bangkok central to everything. It sits above a mall and it has its own food court. We did get head neck and shoulder massages at the spa, which was fantastic "

"Location right outside pratunam market, many shopping options. There are also many 7-eleven, eateries, cafes and street food around. It rained during our stay and managed to borrow umbrellas from the hotel staff. The breakfast buffet is basic - Thai cuisine, pancakes, bread, salad, fruits etc. Unfortunately, the cleaniness of our room can be improved. Our room toilet sink has a lot of ants and seems to be hidding inside the gaps between the sink and counter top. No room slippers provided, but...
