"Just nice and a quiet place"

"When we arrive. Staff said that the room the booked was not available. Even of it was booked and paid for in advance. Then got the room, was told from the staff that we need to move room upstairs that the room was we are staying in is given to someone else. It was terrible experience. Nothing like being harassed on your vacation "
