"This property was perfect for our weekend stay hunting the lake. Location was very close to the boat ramp. House was super clean and updated, awesome layout and offered plenty of space inside and outside. Lots of parking for boats and vehicles. Very nice neighborhood. Would highly recommend staying here and will be returning again. "

"My family and I have stayed at this house a number of times when visiting relatives in Tallahassee. It’s always clean and well provisioned. The neighborhood is quiet. The pool is nice. Each year our daughter attempts a swim in late December with mixed results. It’s a good place for a group of 2-6 who need some room and plan to prepare some of their meals. "

"This house was immaculate. Very charming well cared for home. Super quiet neighborhood. Looks like it had just been remodeled. Huge fenced back yard. The Host was very nice to us. I would do this again!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at this super cute house. The kitchen is fully stocked, which I love. Beds were super comfortable, which I also love. Very nice shower. Only downfall is only 1 bathroom. But truly a wonderful stay close to FSU campus and downtown Tallahassee. I would absolutely stay here again. Has its own private back drive which was super convenient."

"Steve's place was an absolute delight. Veey safe neighborhood and close to shopping and entertainment! We loved the huge sofa! It fit all 4 of us easy for hanging out and watching TV. The bedrooms were very comfortable and clean. The beds slept excellent! The kitchen was great, as it was equipt with plenty of cookware and utensils. I was able to make breakfast and dinner daily! Parking was easy, with plenty of availability. I highly recommend this place if you're in the area!"

"House and area were great. Was a little busy/noisy at night but it is a college town and close to campus. So there were several college parties up the road. Only downside was random cars parking in front of the house for a few hours while they went to a party. But not a big deal. We really enjoyed our stay and the house was comfortable and the kids had a blast with all the games."

"The house is a a 3-bedroom with an attached studio apartment, so 4 total bedrooms and 2 kitchens. Had plenty of room for th whole family and 3 full bathrooms. Very nice."

"We needed a place to stay during Hurricane Milton and Rory really came through last minute for us. I had accidently booked wrong dates for another property and he immediately helped me get switched to another one he had available. He responded quickly with any questions. The house was cute and had literally everything you need for a comfortable stay. We would definitely come back and book with them at any of their properties! "

"Darwin was a very responsive host. The property has a good start to being a nice rental. The kitchen needs a good deep clean (walls, cabinets, exhaust fan) as well as the baseboards around the house. Invested in some nice furniture like the dining room table and master bedroom and then has couches with stains and a very broken sleeper/sofa. Nice location a good distance off the road and well shaded."
