"The house was large, clean and comfortable for our stay to Tallahassee. We were there for an extended weekend to tour FSU with our daughter and brought our small Shih Tzu. It was wonderful having the large yard for her instead of a patch of grass at a hotel. So much more convenient. Vrbo’s are also such a better alternative for space and cleanliness when traveling. Finding really clean hotels is increasingly hard. The neighborhood is an older established neighborhood but is being renovated into...

"This beautiful little cottage was comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed, and as a bonus our dog could come with us! The neighborhood is quiet and nice for walking, and the location is excellent. We highly recommend it and would stay here again. "

"We had a very nice stay. We came to see the North Cluster dog show. This was a nice place for us and our dog. The house was well stocked and very clean. Also very close to Publix. "

"We came down for a tour of Florida State University. The location was great. The cottage was clean and very nice. The rental process was very easy and the owners were very responsive when we chatted with them. I would definitely recommend this home and I hope it's available again when we return for the next steps at FSU. "

"Host communication is superb as well as property. Vacation rental by owner as a company is not a fair company and we will be not be using them going forward. Fees charged by Vacation rental by owner and their communication is poor. Trying to communicate with them via Philippians call center is bad and not flexible. We will never use Vacation rental by owner again. "

"This property is listed as sleeping 6 but the beds are small. The owner did mention it ahead of time. But since listing said 6, we did not think it would really be a problem. I would say it comfortably sleeps 4."

"Clean, nice backyard. No products in bathroom, just hand soap. Beds are very soft. Spacious. Limited kitchen supplies. But overall quite nice place to stay."

"Our family was in town to visit our daughter, a freshman at FSU. The home was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. It's located on a quiet street and very convenient to several supermarkets, restaurants and other stores. We had a great time and hope to return soon."

"We had a homeschool field trip to the capital and stayed at Robert’s place. There were 2 families with 7 kids (mostly teens) and we stayed very comfortably. There was plenty of room for everyone and loved the kids loved the game room downstairs. The short drive to the capital was helpful as well. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Robert was super quick to respond and very kind. "

"We used this specific Vrbo because it was close to TMH and that was why we were in town. A close relative was just moved into hospice care and we needed a place close to the hospital. Normally, when I'm in a Vrbo house, I do my best to fully enjoy the small details the host(s) provides, but during this stressful time, our sole focus was on our hospitalized relative. To make a long story short, our relative eventually passed away. The host was extremely supportive and considerate in their texts...
