"Nice hotel"

"I had an issue with my credit card being left in Louisiana. The even desk clerk wasn’t a help. So I left, not knowing what to do, and my hotel already paid for through Expedia, I sat in my car and cried. Then around 1230 am I decided to try again and went into hotel, and the overnight desk clerk a new lady was there. I told her my issue and She didn’t hesitate, she got me into my room, I got to sleep some and then off to my final destination in morning. She was an angel, and although I know she probably did something she didn’t want to do, there was a point where I needed someone to help me. She did. Thank you for this angel. "

"This was a great hotel for Florida State graduation. The room was new and very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The Libby is really pretty and it was even decorated with “congratulations graduate”. The breakfast was basic but a great bonus on a busy weekend! "
