"Very dissatisfied I lost my 1st night I don't have access this is hostal is not hotel I call 3 diferent numbers and no body responds I have to walk a way and pay another hotel terrible service not coming back and I don't recommend to come here "

The resort is very beautiful and they have an on-site restaurant with a great menu. Staff were all very friendly and responsive to any requests. The one thing guests should be prepared for is to climb a lot of stairs (they have an elevator, but in most instances, you have to climb steps to access it and it didn’t always work).
