We saw squirrel monkeys daily from our balcony, and toucans, sloths, scarlet macaws, leaf-cutter ants, frogs, bats, and iguanas on the grounds also. The private beach was never crowded, and we appreciated the complimentary umbrellas and chairs, as well as the ability to order food and drinks from Tule Cafe while on the beach. "The hotel was absolutely beautiful beyond words. It’s situated right in the middle of nature and you can see the ocean from many points of the property. There are several beautiful pools. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We saw so much wildlife on the hotel grounds: sloths, monkeys, frogs, etc. Staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. This is where you want to stay in Manuel Antonio! "
