Toilets backed up repeatedly, reported it before we went out for the day, was told it was fixed and if it continued to happen they would move us to another room but by time we got back after 5pm there was no one at the office to talk too.Room also had mold on the walls in the bathroom and one morning we had no water at all for a while. "The kitchen faucet is broken, almost cause flooding. We reported to the front desk, when we came back afternoon, it has been replaced with the new one. The water temperature for the bath tub is unpredictable. The first day is fine, the next day there is no hot water for the bath tub."

"The hotel is in a great position with acceess to the superb beach. The facilities are good with much wildlife in and around the well kept gardens. The staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are very comfortable and well equipped with a large private balcony overlooking the beach and sea."

"It is very conveniently located next to the gates of Manuel Antonio Park and is also 2 minutes walk from the public beach. Amenities are good and the staff ( Jose Avendano particularly) was very hospitable. The food at the roof top restaurant ( particularly the sea food) is excellent. Got to see a lot of exotic birds and sloth on the property. Overall a pleasant stay. "
