"This hotel is great. I loved the evening reception as it can be boring and lonely when you stay in hotels a lot. The rooms are spacious and clean and the housekeeping staff are all really friendly, especially Maria. An unexpected surprise was the laundry facilities. We have been on a very long trip and it was great to be able to get rid of the laundry burden that had been piling up. Breakfast had a good range of options and the shops on Broadway are easy to walk to. I would definitely recommend this hotel. "

"I had a really nice four day stay here. The room was clean, tidy, no weird stink or smells. The bed and pillows were comfortable. There were no bugs or pests or anything. The heat kept my room warm because most of the weekend the weather was cold. The sheets were clean. The water was the right temperature I like. Water pressure from the showerhead was excellent. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. There was plenty of peace and quiet. Other than a few needed cosmetic repairs, I had a great stay overall. I would stay here again when in town. Thanks!
