"Room Mate Luca is an amazing place! Would highly recommend! Only a 10 minute walk to the center and/or the Duomo. Room was very cozy and clean and well set up. Breakfast was outstanding every morning. Most of all the staff at the front desk were very very helpful, personable and incredible! Augusto, Alexandra and Mudi thank you again for the unforgettable stay! We will be back soon! "

"Situated what seems to be in the middle of Gucci, it’s very well located for shopping and sightseeing. Staff are friendly and efficient, and couldn’t do enough to help us, the room was well appointed, clean and very comfortable. Extensive mini bar in the room. Next to reception is a lounge where you can get a glass of Prosecco, tea coffee juice fruit and biscuits throughout the day. We used it as a pit stop when dropping off the shopping, it was so handy. "I messaged the staff about checking in late due to a delayed flight and they were reassuring that there would be no worries. My room was very clean and nice. Perfect location making it easy for us to walk around the city with everything being at most a 15 minute walk. When we checked out the staff offered us to order us a taxi or keep our bags for as long as we needed. VERY friendly. If I come back to Florence I will definitely be staying here. "
