"We had a lovely stay in Hacienda de Mita. It was our first time to the area and Hacienda was very convenient to town and to all the beach clubs and other activities inside the gate. This specific unit was perfect for our group - two families w one child each. Cinthia (our concierge) was super responsive both before we arrived and during our stay. "The inside of this air conditioned apartment is very nice and clean. Lots of daylight. The view is directly on the street and of rooftops but we didn't really mind as it's a block away from the Town Square (Park) and 5 minutes to the marina. You can walk everywhere. It's a perfect spot for a 5-7 day stay. The only thing we can think of that would be good to have in the apartment is a water distributor for drinking water."

"My boys & I stayed at this property at Spring Break before it sold to the new owner. If visiting Punta Mita you are at a better advantage to rent a villa instead of staying at hotel. You will have access to all of the different beach clubs and a cook for breakfast & golf cart. The freedom to explore Punta Mita! "The villa is spacious, clean and very pretty. Pool and grounds are clean and relaxing. Hot tub did not work which was a little bit of a bummer on nights when we wanted to enjoy being outside. The big sliding doors in the living room being in a nice breeze and connect indoors and outdoors. The beach out front is beautiful, but not swimable right in front of the house.
