"We stayed in this property post Christmas 2024 for one week with our four young adult children. Was very roomy, incredibly clean, well decorated and well stocked. This is our second visit to the Faro de Mita property, which is located on the edge of Corral del Risco (Punta Mita town), against the fence that separates the town from the gated area of Punta Muta resort areas. We rented a car this time as we found it easier than worrying about tacos and Ubers over the busy holiday week. The pool...

"I love this property. It’s like a sanctuary. Room for everyone, easy to access town and amenities. My little was sick and the manager worked with us to get us in early. Then helped set up taxi to airport and answered my touristy questions. Clean. The only downside is the street noise at this end of the building. It was a lot. Thank you for the home away fr home. "

"We had a great time at Alvaro's place. The location right in front of the beach gave us amazing days and sunsets. The only wrinkle: we accepted the proposal of having the house manager do grocery shopping and cook for us one night. The bill came out to almost $1,000 for 8 people (!!!) with questionable receipts. In hindsight, we would have been much better off dining out and doing our groceries. Nevertheless, the owner sorted out the situation well, so we were able to put this issue behind us....

"Our first visit to Punta MIta will be hard to beat. The beachfront penthouse exceeded our expectations in every way. Beautifully updated and very well maintained. Great location and walkable to restaurants/shops. Close proximity to all of the beach clubs which are just a short golf cart ride away. The concierge and staff were very kind and respectful and always helpful with our questions. Our trip to Punta Mita was last minute but we loved it and will hopefully be back this summer! "

"Everything was lovely at this Hacienda de Mita unit. This was our family's third time visiting Punta Mita, but first time at this unit. The condo was just as described and we loved it! The view was BEAUTIFUL, rooms (and bathrooms) were spacious, and we had easy access to all beach clubs. Communication with Michele and the concierge staff was a breeze. From coordinating our arrival, to answering any questions we had during our stay, to our departure, the concierge couldn't have been more helpful....
