"We stayed at the property for 2 weeks and rented a golf cart from Ray and Michele as well. Michele was lovely to deal with, very responsive and the list of favourite restaurants in the area was very helpful. Ray also took the time to show us around La Cruz when we arrived which was greatly appreciated. The negatives were cold showers as the water heating system was not working properly, and the house was very dark especially in the kitchen making food preparation difficult. "Casa Pacifico is stunning - the photos cannot do it justice. The beach is quiet and peaceful, with lively surf spots and a hotel within walking distance for those who want it. That would be enough to give this home five stars, but it is truly the staff and the house manager who make it a paradise. The only critique I have of the property management would be that they should have the ID cards pre printed before arrival- it would make the checkin process at the beach clubs and amenities much easier- we didn’t receive our cards till the day before we left - other than that we can’t wait to come back! "We stayed for 2 weeks Feb 2025. The property manager Grecia was responsive to our messages and answered all our questions. Pablo, our concierge was waiting when we arrived and assisted us with parking our huge rental Chev Suburban. Neither of the 2 garage spaces could fully accommodate this vehicle and we had to leave the garage gates open as the tail end stuck out. "This home is PERFECT for 2 families. It is Beautiful and in the best part of PM. Santiago at VEHM, was our concierge and he was amazing, everyone at VEHM was incredible. We had two chefs every morning and a HOUSEKEEPER every morning. It was one of our best family vacations "
