"First impressions are everything and this place had it in spades. From the welcome by Manuel and Rosa on-site hosts to the phone call from Elza the owner welcoming us and sending a bottle of wine to our room. This really cool Mexican B&B was special. The view was spectacular and our room was fantastic, it is actually a suite.You do really need a car though if you have walking issues as it is up a steep hill to the property, but the view as a result is worth it. Rosa cooks a fabulous breakfast...

"This was our first visit to Punta de Mita. We are so happy we chose Ancora, it was perfect! The space was fabulous, we loved our deck & the rooftop infinity pool & view from the amazing restaurant! "The villa is absolutely stunning! You walk in and the view is breathtaking as you see the whole bay. The floor to ceiling doors of the main living space fully open up to the outdoor area and plunge pool. All 4 rooms are very spacious and beds are comfortable. The bunk bed room has an incredible 96” tv. The location is perfect to get to any of the restaurants and beach clubs as well as going into town. Everything was 5-15 minute golf cart ride. One of the best part of the villa is the staff....
