"Very friendly staff, very spacious comfortable room with great shower and tub. It had a free breakfast that was brought directly to our room at the time that we requested. Large windows gave us a great view of the beach. The bed and floor looked less than immaculate but were certainly clean enough. I would recommend this hotel."

"Loved the loft! We stayed there for four nights and had a great time. The loft is quite big with an upstairs bedroom. The bed is super comfortable, everything is so cosy there’s a fire place, a kitchen where we cooked every night and a little deck in the backyard to relax where you can have a small barbecue. "It is a very charmy and historic house located a few minutes walking from the lake and puerto Varas city centre. Wifi was a bit hit and miss but there is a parking space and the hosts were really polite and helpful. Breakfast was really nice and the room while not very big was clean and comfortable. "The building is very charming and the grounds are lovely. The staff is very welcoming and helpful and the food was good. That being said, the pictures and description are a little misleading. The hotel is not on the shore of Lake Llanquehue. It has a large pond that it borders (as shown in the picture for the hotel). Although the pond was nice and included a rowboat which guests can use at anytime, there were hundreds of very noisy birds, detracting from what could be a very tranquil experience....
