"Loved the loft! We stayed there for four nights and had a great time. The loft is quite big with an upstairs bedroom. The bed is super comfortable, everything is so cosy there’s a fire place, a kitchen where we cooked every night and a little deck in the backyard to relax where you can have a small barbecue. "Some aspects of the hotel are in disrepair (ie. door handles, one of the numbers for my room number was missing). The only real complaint I had, which I shared at reception and they received the feedback well, was that I placed the do not disturb sign on my door before leaving for an activity during the day; I had all my belongings spread over the room and I did not have the energy or time to put them away. While I was gone, the cleaning staff entered the room to clean. Nothing was missing, but...

"It was the worst experience we had. The place was old, lack of maintenance, peeling paint, falling molding and dirty. The white curtain already turned into grey color. The bathroom light fixture has multiple dead flies inside. The shower has an used soap from previous people. The ad with hot top was a small container of muddy water. Hotel.com should remove this property from the website."
