"Its a nice lower-budget option. Its clean, staff is very helpfull and there are simple but very nice additions, like free acces to coffe and tea. Additionaly when i had to leave very early i got my breakfast prepared for the travel. "

"The building is very charming and the grounds are lovely. The staff is very welcoming and helpful and the food was good. That being said, the pictures and description are a little misleading. The hotel is not on the shore of Lake Llanquehue. It has a large pond that it borders (as shown in the picture for the hotel). Although the pond was nice and included a rowboat which guests can use at anytime, there were hundreds of very noisy birds, detracting from what could be a very tranquil experience....
