We requested the crib for our baby when we booked and it was there in the room when we checked in. "Stayed here for four nights with my son. The front desk service we received from Felipe was top notch! He was so polite and gave us a wonderful welcome. He went over all the amenities and was so helpful when we had questions. The staff in the spa were wonderful as well. I wish we could have stayed longer, but hope to return for another visit soon! "
