"This hotel is very charming. It's in walking distance to several historical sites. The staff is very friendly and accomodating of needs. The breakfast is basic but good. "The building itself is nice but it is in need of a restoration. My room was spacious, but the beds were saggy and there's no air conditioner. The curtain does not cover the window completely so anybody in the hallway can look inside which is strange. They do have a strict rule of not allowing guests into the hotel. On a side note, they don't give you hand towels unless you ask for it. On the whole, my stay there was just ok, nothing really good or bad, that's the reason for an average rating."

"This was fine for a one night stay ahead of heading to the airport but I wouldn’t stay more than a night. The location isn’t great (although the parking lot is helpful). It’s hard to access downtown - about a 20 minute walk to the Gold Museum - and there’s not much around. The lobby and restaurant and bar are nice. The food was excellent and the staff there was nice. The room wasn’t great. The bathroom needed upgrading and a deep clean. I’m also fairly certain housekeeping entered our room...
