"Staff were efficient and friendly, first room we were in had worn dirty carpet, toilet wasn't working and wouldn't flush, we were moved with no problems straight away, second room was for someone disabled but was much cleaner, beds moved and were not very comfortable due to this, room was roasting even with windows open, however they provide a fan which helped."

"Found the place quite easy, free parking which was a great start. Check in was fast and straightforward. My room was lovely and clean, had everything i needed. All the staff that i encountered were helpful and friendly. Spent a couple of hours in the heated indoor pool and hot tub, what an amazing addition. The changing room was quite small and hard to get dried but i just quickly chucked some clothes on and got dried properly back at my room. I didnt eat on site but restaurant area looked...

"The staff in this hotel were just outstanding. My father had passed away and my sister and brother both stayed the night of the funeral and honestly they made our stay better. It was spotless and they have the comfiest beds. Going back in May. "
