The building is secure the room very clean and simple ! Would def stay again and recommend as a central location walking distance from activities shopping and food ! "Great hotel in a great location -- close to the heart of downtown, but near Franklin Parkway and all its attractions. The rooms are spacious, lobby and restaurant are quite nice, only minor complaint is a need for some upgrading of the gym (or expansion!). It's become my go-to hotel in downtown Philadelphia."
