"We had a lovely 2 night stay and the staff had obviously seen my birthday card in the room and when we returned there was a bottle of wine with a letter wishing me a happy birthday. The rail station was just a very short walk opposite the hotel entrance though we did get Ubers as they were so easy to book and they longest we waited was two minutes for one to arrive. If we next visit Prague we will probably stay at Prague Towers again."

"Nice hotel, roomy, nice staff. Breakfast nice a lot of choice. Good value for money if you just need somewhere to sleep and have a breakfast in the morning. Tram /bus stop outside of the hotel 18min to the city center of Prague"

"I can think of perhaps 3 staff members that were nice. Rest were inattentive, one in particular was absolutely rude and I have no idea how he is dealing with people on a daily basis. The hotel needs serious renovation and health and safety to be really looked in to. Rooms were below standard. Beds uncomfortable. I can be here all day mentioning how horrible my experience was."
