The only let down was the utterly useless pillows. Pillows are supposed to raise your head and give you some meaningful support. "OK and pretty much as expected for 3 stars but breakfast service was very poor. NOTE there is NO lift in the Hotel at all and 3 floors to negotiate and no help."

"We’re in Prague for a competition and this hotel was exactly what we needed, we where able to have a twin room, really clean and tidy, there was a really nice communal space and the room was well laid out and well equipped. The staff were all really friendly and we felt really welcome. Location is also great, just a short tram ride from the city centre "

"It wasn't terrible. But i couldn't shower properly because the thingy where you are supposed to put the shower was pointing on the wrong direction so i had to be resourceful. The breakfast is certainly not worth it, use de 7 euro to do it somewhere else. But for the price it was ok."
