Didn’t receive any vip upgrade as promised. Given keys for wrong room, had to go back to reception, no apology. Hotel extremely noisy due to tiled floors throughout and exceedingly thin walls!

Well located hotel. Walkable to all main attractions and shops. Very clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and enough verities to choose from. In general it was good stay. The furniture, bed in particular was very old and worn out.

Great base for exploring Prague, overall great value stay. Everything was easy to reach by walking. Lots of shops and places to eat close by. Very friendly staff 😊Only downside from our stay was the shower. They are quite loud when in use, drainage wasn't great so water was sitting & taking a while to drain. A little more TLC was needed when cleaning the tiles in the shower cubicle.
