"Absolutely beautiful hotel in a great location. Only issues were that on the first morning we went down for breakfast, luckily only gone 20 minutes because when we came back, the room had been cleaned but the house keeper had not shut or locked our door. There was no one around to talk to so reported it to reception, but never got any feedback. Not acceptable at all. Also, I found it strange they did not empty the bin in the bathroom or the main room for the 3 nights we were there. Check in was...

"No staff on site, so can't really leave your luggage either before check-in or after check-out. The main station is close and it's walkable to all attractions. Felt safe walking after 10pm. The property was clean and comfortable."

"The hotel was conviently located within walking distance to the Old Town Square . Plenty of nice restaurants and things to see and do. Hotel breakfast was plentiful and varied Servicing the rooms was a bit spasmodic. Never sure what would be left. Amenities in the room were a bit sparse for a hotel of its class. Reception and concierge information was quite varied. Sometimes accurate, sometimes not "
