"This is a very cheap and affordable hotel stay, without any bells and whistles. There’s no front desk after hours, and there’s no telephones in the room, and the TV is a small monitor size TV. There is a small elevator to take you up and down, and there’s really no amenities around the hotel, except a few fast food places. "We had a lovely 2 night stay and the staff had obviously seen my birthday card in the room and when we returned there was a bottle of wine with a letter wishing me a happy birthday. The rail station was just a very short walk opposite the hotel entrance though we did get Ubers as they were so easy to book and they longest we waited was two minutes for one to arrive. If we next visit Prague we will probably stay at Prague Towers again."

"I can think of perhaps 3 staff members that were nice. Rest were inattentive, one in particular was absolutely rude and I have no idea how he is dealing with people on a daily basis. The hotel needs serious renovation and health and safety to be really looked in to. Rooms were below standard. Beds uncomfortable. I can be here all day mentioning how horrible my experience was."

"The room was surprisingly quiet and peaceful, despite facing the riverside road instead of the river itself. The food in the restaurant is quite delicious, I highly recommend the pork cutlet Prague style. Only complaints - WiFi only works in restaurant/bar, which closes at 11 unless there is a large group occupying it. Parking is unattended, and they take pains to explain they are not responsible for any damage -- yet it costs an extra 100 CZK per day. Bottom line - you get what you are paying...
