"Its was a very nice hotel in swiss montains ...very quiet after just open after winter ...never understand when hotel ask me to be evo friendly and save towels ..then give me 2 new soap and new slippers all wrapped in plastic in my 5 day stay ... Also restaurant run out of cocca cola only had zero ...next morning was filled up on minibar with voca cola ??? Asked for upgrade with big balcony ..yes ok ...100 euros more...got than room with smaller balcony ....but no discount of...

"This is a very cheap and affordable hotel stay, without any bells and whistles. There’s no front desk after hours, and there’s no telephones in the room, and the TV is a small monitor size TV. There is a small elevator to take you up and down, and there’s really no amenities around the hotel, except a few fast food places. "It wasn't terrible. But i couldn't shower properly because the thingy where you are supposed to put the shower was pointing on the wrong direction so i had to be resourceful. The breakfast is certainly not worth it, use de 7 euro to do it somewhere else. But for the price it was ok."

"I can think of perhaps 3 staff members that were nice. Rest were inattentive, one in particular was absolutely rude and I have no idea how he is dealing with people on a daily basis. The hotel needs serious renovation and health and safety to be really looked in to. Rooms were below standard. Beds uncomfortable. I can be here all day mentioning how horrible my experience was."
