"Everything was as expected, Staff were lovely helpful and friendly, I requested a late departure being rejected however I was expecting them to accept especially was Friday. Breakfast was OK no many options but the scrambled egg was fantastic. Breakfast staff were very helpful and friendly. Area nice walkable trams just few minutes away, many shops around most of the restaurant around Asian. "

"I stayed at the Hermitage with my husband and 18 month old and it was brilliant! For us it was the perfect location and we were able to walk everywhere, we got to most sights within 30 minutes and got up to the castle in under an hour. There are great transport links nearby but we never used these. The hotel provided a cot for my son which was clean and sturdy, with a small blanket too.
