"This was my wife and I first time ever in the state of Oregon and our first time in Portland. When we got to the Sentinel , we realized there was not really any parking but the valet was there and his name was Tyler ( I could be wrong with the name ) , but he was super nice , helped us get our bags and bring them inside and lead us to the front desk ( he also later helped us with some good food suggestions) .
