"The service was excellent. I arrived early 230ish and was just going to sit and wait in the bar. Victoria got us checked in early. Went up to the room and found it unsatisfactory. Mentioned the problem to Victoria and and she quickly found us another room on a busy wedding party filled weekend. Thank you Victoria, your service was exceptional! . "

"I liked the riverfront and the view of the river. I enjoyed the restaurant looking out to the riverwalk. I didn’t like hearing the loud drawbridge announcement when the drawbridge closed after midnight or the cacophony of crows perched on trees by our window. The suite was well appointed and very clean. "

"The property was very well laid out with everything one or two people would need for a cozy short term stay. Everything was clean and orderly when we arrived and our stay was very pleasant. The furniture in most of the living space is more visually appealing than it is comfortable but it is fine for a few days and it contributes to the "vibe" of the place. "We love staying here! It's such a nice location on the river and great if you have a dog :) Easy to get to Portland and the surrounding areas. The remodel is nice, although I would like real glasses and coffee mugs in the rooms, but the rooms are spacious, quiet, comfortable, and clean. The restaurant and bar is fun - nice little menu and great service (bartender with the great hair, you know who you are - keep up the great work). Everyone is friendly and helpful. "
