"We were only spending a night in Naples with an early departure at the time of booking, but with the threat of an airline strike, we had to add a day. We spent a lot on taxi rides to get us to sites. This is a good hotel if you are only in Naples for a day of travel and don't need to see any sites. The bed was comfortable, and the rooms were quiet. The staff was accommodating, and the food was great in the hotel. "

As a lovely surprise, they had upgraded our room, left us a thoughtful and welcoming letter in the room accompanied by a selection of cakes and pastries, and checked in with us throughout our stay. The room was beautiful, fully equipped, very comfortable, and had a gorgeous view over the port and the city, and it will definitely be our accomodation of choice next time we stay in...

"Loved opening the curtains in the morning to see a cruise ship outside. The location is very good with trips to the islands practically on the doorstep. Also the new metro entrance at the front takes away the stress of trying to cross a very busy road! This was not our first stay there and I hope to return again soon."
