"This property was in the perfect location for enjoying Sorrento. Check in process was seamless. Steps away from the main road, we were able to enjoy the local shops & dining with endless options. The only thing to note is that there is no elevator but Hector - our greeter - insisted on helping with our bags and apt is only on second floor. Highly Recommend. "What should have been a nice stay in a well located apartment was marred by poor communication and a lack of hospitality. Upon booking of the stay, we received an email to state our time of arrival. When we arrived the location was locked and no one to be found. Neighbors told us the owner wasn't around and did not answer our calls. "Alfonso and Sonia were wonderful hosts! Their place was about a 15-20 minute walk from the centre of Pompei. It was very clean and they were available to us throughout our stay. There was a slight misunderstanding re: washing of clothing, but this was due to language barriers and nothing else. In fact, when we realized the issue, Sonia went out of her way to address our concerns. They were truly exceptional hosts!"

"This boutique family run hotel is in an ideal spot overlooking the pretty harbour of Bacoli. The hotel is recently renovated and is to a high standard. We had a room with a terrace, small kitchenette and bathroom with a fabulous large shower. The owners made us feel very welcome and helped arrange taxis . "We had an amazing stay at Pompeii Suite Giovanna and I would highly recommend. Our suite was a short walk to the city center, spacious, nicely decorated, and spotless. Alfonso and Sonia were fantastic, would could not have asked for better hosts. Sonia's homemade Italian breakfasts were delicious and as well has her pasta dinners.
