"The place is cute and well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms and bathrooms were spanking clean and freshly painted. I love that it had full appliances, sink, fridge and microwave, even plates, glasses and dish soap!Two TVs for a one bedroom unit which is nice. The only thing I would add is an extractor fan in the bathroom and a hanging armuoir (sp) since there is no closet. I would definitely come back!"

"My son and I enjoyed our stay while in town for a portion of Daytona 500 race weekend. The unit is small but perfect for a solo traveler or party of 2. Michael sent very clear instructions for check in and checkout and it was very easy to access the unit. It was very close to the pool deck, where you could also walk out and enjoy some ocean views. Everything in the unit seemed brand new and it came with everything we needed. We will certainly consider staying again in the future. "

"Darrell’s place is a has a great location for proximity to beach! I felt safe, but it’s definitely an older part of Daytona with many VRBO’s nearby. The place has a very steep staircase when you enter so if you are physically impaired, this is not the place for you. Check in and communication with host was great! "My family and I stayed here for Thanksgiving and the Turkey Rod Run. The house is easy to find and in walking distance of shops, restaurants, mini golf and the beach. About a 20 minute drive to the Speedway. Kid’s enjoyed having their own beds and enjoyed playing the arcade games and ping pong/pool. We didn’t get to tryout the cowboy pool because of the weather. Two car garage was a plus and Chris was always prompt in answering any questions that we had. Will definitely stay again."
