"Checkin process was not good. Code to room not able to be put in. No parking pass.Not much help. Most help was from a housekeeper. God bless her! Need more carts to help with luggage. Had to go floor to floor looking for a cart. Maybe need more staff to help guests. Walls either very thin or neighbors super loud. Felt as if they were in the same room. Not good sleeping with the noise level. Hardly any silverware, luckily it was only two of us "

"Overall our stay was great. Perfect little studio condo with balcony overlooking the beach. Comfy king bed and just about everything you need in a beachfront room including great working AC. No cable option but smart tv with certain services. Outdoor pool is massive and includes a cool tiki bar service. "

"Staying in or near Daytona is a nightmare for the Rolex 24. I found this great suite on the beach, near a bridge so getting to the race was easy and about a half mile was a Publix. the pictures are accurate, it’s clean and decorated coastal, loved listening to the waves hit the sand just wished they had wine glasses. There’s a Kuerig machine instead of the Mr. Coffee if you bring your own. I would definitely rent next year"

"Location is good. Pool still under construction from last years hurricane. Elevators are slow parking garage is tight. Someone pulled the fire alarm so the elevators were out for a while. 4th of July fireworks on the beach we’re non stop all night… wouldn’t have cared much but after standing out in the heat for my car show all days… just wanted peace after midnight and before being out in the heat for 2 more days, but no… 4:00am they finally stopped. But that’s not the rooms fault. Just FYI"

"Needing an interior upgrade. Definitely not as expected and pictures deceiving. Had to buy a Phillips screwdriver to tighten the door handle that was falling off. Hot tub wasn’t working and terribly dirty."

"Location was great, sufficient place for spending the night. Place needs a little TLC for kitchen and bath. Should update some items. "

"This property is very comfortable. Great location. I loved relaxing on the balcony and enjoying the view and the sound of the waves. The hosts provided info for things locally. There were specially folded washclothes, towels,and a tissue flower attached to the bath tissue to pretty up the bathroom. A very nice touch!"

"My family and I stayed here for Thanksgiving and the Turkey Rod Run. The house is easy to find and in walking distance of shops, restaurants, mini golf and the beach. About a 20 minute drive to the Speedway. Kid’s enjoyed having their own beds and enjoyed playing the arcade games and ping pong/pool. We didn’t get to tryout the cowboy pool because of the weather. Two car garage was a plus and Chris was always prompt in answering any questions that we had. Will definitely stay again."

Beautiful water features, pool, hot tub, fire pit and ocean front balconies. I wish I could live here permanently. It is my home away from home! The staff is also exceptional! "

"The only thing that was inconvenient was the parking. If they don’t offer in hotel parking aside from valet they shouldn’t make the lot across the street. Also the luggage carts weren’t usable unless you paid a bellman. Aside from that, great stay! "

"We loved the room. Very clean, spacious and pretty. The mattresses were comfortable and our room was literally right in front of one of the outdoor pools and very close to the indoor pool. The donuts they offered in the mornings are very fresh and delicious. The staff was very helpful and the housekeeping was very quick to come to our room when we called or needed anything. It was very convenient to have the beach so close."
