"We truely enjoyed our stay and we are already thinking about another trip during early Spring of next year and the Bahama House will be our preferred choice. We found the 7th floor room very clean and large with a nice little kitchenette. Our view of the ocean beach & pool area was exceptional. The room's balcony windows are tinted and that makes for pleasant morning sunrise. The balcony was perfect for a quiet time to enjoy my morning coffee. The beds were great and comfortable and so much so that l wish l'd looked at the mattress tag to see who made them. The only thing l found annoying was the shower's hot water takes five minutes or more to reach the shower head. The other annoyance was the shower curtain was too short or the rounded curtain rod was mounted too high. The curved curtain rod caused the shower curtain to hang over the edge of the shower flooding the bathroom floor and soaked the bath mat. A continental breakfast is provided but is void of any protein with the exception of cold hard boiled eggs. It is strictly all carbs (ie: bagels, muffins) and that presents a challenge for those of us who are diabetic. Another challenge was those toasting bagels (practically everyone) were faced with a single two slot toaster so the line waiting to toast was long and frustrating as those getting their turn stood in front of the toaster for the three or four minutes blocking everyone else from getting up to the bagel/muffin bar to make their choice or get juice"
