"The stay and the room was good except we couldn’t get the tv working in the bedroom. Someone came down from reception and couldn’t fix it. He said he would come back with champagne for the inconvenience but never came back."

"We had a fantastic stay at Freestyle resort. Excellent location, walking distance to shops, beach and marina. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. Anne was lovely and very helpful, providing us with a porta cot and baby bath for our 4 month old baby. The pool was great, our baby had her first ever swim in it and she loved it. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Port Douglas 😊"

"The property was what we expected, though it basically could use a refresh. The pool is the centerpiece, and the bottom is ready for a fresh coat of paint. I strongly suggest you add robes if you're using the words "resort" and "spa" in the name of your property. Also, our air conditioning was tough to use because the remote is old and finicky (it took two members of the cleaning staff to get it to work). "
