"Generally, everything was excellent. Check in was simple and quick, as was check out. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had plenty of choice. Room was clean and spacious. No fridge though, although I expect the hotel has good reasons for not providing one."

"The hotel is beautiful! Such a pretty and boho vibe to it, extremely clean and the rooms are perfect! The staff here are incredible and cannot do enough for you. They are so friendly and welcoming, they are there for any advice and want to make your stay as perfect as possible. The hotel is located near a metro station so you can easily get to the centre conveniently and cheaply! Only 2 euros! Taxi is about 20/30 euros which we done a couple of times. We also walked it, which is just over an hour if you walk directly there but we stopped off at a couple of bars on the way. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again, it was quite nice to be a little bit away from the business of the centre yet close enough to be there within 20 mins. And it’s always refreshing to stay at a hotel where they actually care about you having a great stay! "

"Excellent location. Sumptuous breakfast. Helpful staff. Nice rooms. Lots of amenities. All of which one would expect for the price. Didn’t like that a large group tour was allowed to monopolize public areas of hotel to the inconvenience of other guests."

Simply perfect

"The hotel was in a quiet and safe area. There was a garage nearby, we could walk to the central station along the canal, there was a tram stop nearby, and the breakfast we had at their restaurant was fantastic. The staff was so kind as well. My favorite thing was the outside playing area for the kids and the outside seating area was perfect in the beautiful spring weather we had. The rooms were spacious and clean and just so beautifully decorated. Supermarkets nearby and everything you could need. We have an event coming up in Amsterdam and we will definitely book here again. "
