A hotel in a beautiful, quiet setting by the park. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, both in the hotel and in the restaurant and bar. The lockers were very handy for leaving luggage and the room was spacious, clean and as described. We would definitely stay again.

It was a fantastic staying with every comfort i needed. So much hospitality and great location at the oosterpark. The hotel itsself is beautiful. And....we even had a little garden by our room! For sure i will come back

Nice hotel in calmer part of Amsterdam with a friendly staff. Rooms were larger than I imagined. Hotel restaurant has very nice atmosphere but the food was average. Overall a great experience and would book again.

Hotel is shabby. Housekeeping was a joke - had to ask for shower gel to be replenished second day. Tea/coffee pods not replaced after first day. Left hair conditioner out to be replenished and empty bottle left in exactly same place. Night stands were dirty and sticky upon arrival and I had to clean marks off them myself!!!!

A rare and beautiful gem, this hotel is literally integrated into a huge and beautiful park as their back yard. There is convenient bike rental (at the hotel—expensive, or 1/2 block away using Donkey Republic). The interior is artfully designed and beautiful, with rotating artist selections throughout. The staff is extremely accommodating. Just a superb property I can only hope to visit yet again.

Front desk staff (especially Rosalie) were stupendous. We changed rooms 2x and loved our room but alas, cleaning staff did not get to it to clean until after 5 pm daily which was very disappointing

The room was beyond tired the bathroom flooded every time you took a shower due to bad set up, smelt mouldy stains all over the carpet, walls, curtains. It did not appear very clean at all. Really disappointing definitely not a 4 star experience.
