"The apartment is perfectly located in Ventimiglia old town, a short distance from bus stops and about a 20 minute walk from the train station. The stairs up to the apt in the 600 yr old building are challenging for anyone with limited mobility, but awesome balcony views make up for the climb. The unit itself was clean and comfortable but the common stairs and hallway leading to it were filthy - visible litter remained the whole 12 days we stayed. The location is perfect as a stepping stone to cycling in the beautiful hills and valleys behind this section of the Ligurian coast. "Die Wohnung war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Alles so vorgefunden, wie erwartet. Loano und Pietra Ligure sind sehr schöne Orte, die Wohnung befindet sich genau dazwischen und 5 Minuten zum öffentlichen Strand. "Overall, our stay was great. The apartment was clean and had a great terrace with a beautiful view. Parking was easy, and the beach below was really nice (you just have to be prepared for some exercise with all of the stairs!)"

Fantastic stay!

"We had a wonderful stay at Mare Hotel in Savona and would highly recommend it. From the moment I arrived, the reception team was incredibly kind and welcoming, setting the tone for a great visit. The hotel offers three restaurants, and the one I dined at was absolutely lovely. The food was excellent, and the atmosphere added to the experience. My room was exceptionally spacious, with a large bathroom, plenty of fresh linen and towels, and top-quality toiletries. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like a great selection of coffee and tea, as well as a well-stocked fridge. The balcony was a perfect spot to relax and watch the world go by. One of the highlights of Mare Hotel is its direct access to the beach, making it incredibly convenient for a seaside escape. The town center is just a 20-minute walk away, easily reachable via the road or a scenic stroll along the beach. As a female traveler, I felt completely safe throughout my stay. The hotel’s environment is secure and welcoming. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Savona."
